Terms & Conditions
- For custom products, we require Non-Refundable Deposit of 50% at the time of Purchase Order
- Payment Terms: Net 30 Days from date of invoice. Customer agrees to pay all costs incurred by OMEX Industries LLC in collecting any delinquent amounts including attorney fees.
- OMEX may charge customers 25% restocking fee on standard products. Non-standard items are not eligible for return.
- All orders are subject to credit approval.
- OMEX will create drawings/design and get them approved by the customer before going into production. Any lead times provided are from the time of approval of drawings. Lead times are subject to change based on workload.
- Prices are valid for 30 days.
- Change in quantities can result in change in price.
- Sales Tax Extra
- Delivery is included.
- Lead Times provided on quote can vary, more accurate lead times will be provided at the time of Purchase Order.
- Pricing does not include field support or commissioning support unless otherwise explicitly stated in the quote.
